Message from the Director
Change has definitely been the theme for this past year. Changes here and all over the state have been occurring at a rapid pace all year long. Change in the weather, changes in the regulations governing this program, changes in Medicaid’s guidelines and procedures with the potential of many more to come. We have been keeping a close eye on all these developments and will be ready to meet each new challenge head-on as it manifests itself.
Quality control and fine-tuning our internal practices and procedures will again be our primary focus as we edge ever closer to the time to rebid the Regions and attempt to gain new territory. The size of our operation and the geographical area that it covers give us the unique position of being better suited to gain and incorporate more territory than any other broker in the state. I would be remiss if I didn’t thank my staff, from the administrative level to the intake clerks for their hard work and dedication, which has allowed us to be a front-runner in any Medicaid transportation brokerage comparison and to remain, as always, on the cutting edge of technology for our industry.
